More than 500 preventive maintenance checklists were managed in Excel, making submissions slow and manual. Version control was confusing and difficult to maintain, issue escalation was delayed, and there was no consistent photo documentation for evidence during audits.
Digitized all PM checklists with structured forms and supporting images. Technicians submitted checklists digitally via PDA, issues triggered email notifications for faster escalation, photo documentation was made compulsory, and all submissions were saved as PDF for documentation and audit purposes.
The implementation replaced fragmented Excel tracking with a controlled digital PM process that improved submission speed, enabled faster escalation, enforced photo-backed evidence, and produced audit-ready PDF records for documentation and compliance reviews.
