PRODUCTION MONITORING & OEE
When output and downtime are reviewed only after a shift, teams lose the context needed to respond. SyncLogic can build production monitoring around the signals, operator input and production rules actually available.
HOW IT WORKS
OEE calculations depend on reliable running state, production count, target or ideal cycle information, reject data and the agreed production schedule. Not every machine provides all of these automatically.
Data may come from PLCs, counters, sensors, existing databases or operator forms. Operators may still need to select downtime reasons, confirm work orders or enter quality information that the machine cannot provide.
Production records can be stored in a local or hosted database and may exchange work-order, target or result data with ERP or MES through agreed APIs, files or database interfaces.
Existing machines can remain if usable signals are available or can be added safely. Connectivity, network access, clock accuracy, production definitions and data retention should be assessed before implementation.
